It looks like the plot thickens in a galaxy far, far away. After the shocking news this morning that Phil Lord and Chris Miller had left the Han Solo film, many fans were left scratching their heads but according to a report by Variety, the departure wasn't as smooth as it initially seems. Apparently, the directing found themselves at odds with various members of the Lucasfilms studios, including Kathleen Kennedy and executive producer of the film, Lawrence Kasdan. The duo apparently weren't fans of the tightly run production. Kennedy has assured fans that a replacement director will arrive shortly but until then, we'll just have to keep an eye out of the untitled Han Solo film that is due out next May.

I've read this news before. It's very unfortunate for the people tasked with the film's production. It costs more for the filmmakers because it's already nearing its final shooting. This can definitely affect the outcome of the film negatively. I hope that it won't result to any discrepancy for the final version of the movie.
