The Drakengard spin-off series NieR has finally debuted the trailer for its sequel and it looks like even more over the top action. The game will not be directly related to it's predecessor but it will have mentions of characters from the original NieR and Drakengard 3. Take a look at the debut trailer as well as the new protagonist, YoRHa No. 2 Model B! At the end of Monday night's episode of Gotham, I noticed what seemed to be a small nod at a classic villains possible return to the Batman universe and I ended up being correct in that assumption when the news was made public that House of Card's Nathan Darrow (who plays Edward Meechum) will be playing none other than Mr. Freeze himself later this season. This is great news as Gotham's doing a spectacular job building the backgrounds for the villains instead of just lopping them in there. With Galavant, Penguin, Enigma and now Victor Fries in the mix, things are going to get messy.
This highly anticipated title could potentially change the way we play and experience open world games, forever. Take a look at the latest No Man's Sky trailer from Sony's conference at Paris Games Week and make sure to look at the end for the release window! Just in time for Halloween! Empire magazine has given us our best look yet at Jared Leto in his Suicide Squad Joker get up and it's still something to look at. This time around, you can see what appears to be "JOKER," across his stomach as well as a big, dark grin and a purple alligator coat, cane and pants with "Arkham" written on the left leg. There's also the words, "killer," and "psycho," in white off to the sides. Do you like the look or are you still not on board with the new Joker?
This week was a surprising one at the box office but for all the wrong reasons. We generally see October as a decent month for films but it looks like all four of the new film releases, including the expertly written Steve Jobs (review coming), all failed massively. Vin Diesel and Elijah Wood's, The Last Witch Hunter, pulled in just over 10 million against an 80 million dollar box office. The latest Paranormal Activity film brought in an unimpressive 8.2 million, Rock the Kasbah and the 80s cartoon live action remake, Jem and The Holograms, made 1.5 and 1.3 million respectively, closing out one of the worst weekend for the year. As far as Jobs goes, it will probably pick up steam after its run during next years award season but it looks more than likely that the other three films will go down on the list of wort openings this year.
It's been a long time coming for PC users and last update I had about Arkham Knight was back towards the beginning of September but if you've been frustrated waiting for this title then great news, your waits coming to an end. Arkham Knight is ready to make it's second debut for PC via steam next Wednesday the 28th of October at 8am PT time. It will also include all of the latest content but will not include the latest DLC packages like Nightwing or the 1960's Batmobile sadly. Either way, rejoice PC gamers, you'll finally be able to play this game as developers intended and hopefully this time, they'll be no major, game break problems.

I wasn't entirely shocked that the internet crashed a handful of movie ticket sites Monday when the first tickets for December's, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, was unleashed but this is just insane. The pre-sale for the imax showings did so well in fact that it broke the previous record 6 times over, ultimately generating 6.5 million in ticket sales alone. It's hard to imagine that this movie isn't going to knock down current biggest box office opener of 2015, Jurassic World, off it's pedestal at this rate! Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be in theaters December 18th, 2015!
