A few months ago, Konami sealed the coffin on the Silent Hills title that could have been, but some dedicated gamers have taken the impressions left from the demo and given us another horror title, Allison Road. A game that features a bit of vibes from both the P.T. Silent Hills demo as well as Five Nights As Freddy, offers some truly amazing looking, photo-realistic graphics and a shocking premise. Take a look at a game play video below and get ready to get scared.

SNK fans rejoice! The scouting legion will make their live action debut stateside later this summer for the first of a two part Attack on Titan film based on the immensely popular anime. Take a look at the trailer below and get ready for the world wide release July 14th, at the Egyptian theaters in Los Angeles. One of the best super hero shows is finally making it's return and we now have a date and trailer to go with it. Heroes, the NBC series that started in 2006 and ran through 2010 has been a long time cult favorite among fans met it's end after it's fourth season run but Heroes: Reborn plans to mix a little bit of new with the old. Take a look at the trailer below and get ready for this series to return September 24th, 2015. It's been a big weekend for a lot of reasons but one of them has been the sequel to Family Guy's creator, Seth Macfarlanes, raunchy comedy Ted, hitting theaters but how was it compared to it's wild predecessor? Ted 2 picks up several years after the original movie, having seen Mark Whalberg's character, John, divorced from the missing Mila Kunis as well as Ted marrying Tammie-Lynn, fast forward a year and you see the couple's relationship on the rocks when the idea to have a child comes to mind. While the first movie felt largely like a big, very offensive, party, Ted 2's issues with continuity really create one boring over all story as we see the Teddy Bear eventually fail to adopt a child and later challenging his rights of person hood in a court of law. The over all civil rights narrative created a much heavier tone for a movie that, at first, hurled joke after joke at the audience before ultimately getting bogged down in it's dense plot. Ted 2 did has it's funny moments, featuring what could possibly be the best Liam Neeson moment in film as well as returning star, Donny, played by Giovanni Ribisi. Some stars from the original returned for more humorous moments like Flash Gordon himself, Sam J. Jones, and Morgan Freeman and Patrick Stewart as narrator were hilarious. Sadly, Ted 2's plot and flow being a bit off through the second half of the movie really weighted down what could have been a potentially hilarious sequel but if you are a fan of McFarlanes level of humor, I'm sure you'll enjoy this summer comedy.
We've seen quite a bit of the next Wii U title, Mario Maker, and as it's approaching release date of September 11th draws near, Nintendo has given us some more amazing news. The game will launch with 100 available levels without the need to internet or additional DLC. The game, which allows players to create their own side scrolling adventure, will feature the classic 2D levels as well as elements from the Wii U's, New Super Mario Bros. U. You'll even be able to share and download other players levels and show off your awesome work! Get excited for Super Mario Maker when it hits store shelves this fall and take a look at the awesome new trailer for last weeks E3! The butcher carves no more. Just two episodes into the 3rd season of NBC's Hannibal and the sad announcment was made today that the series would no longer be running on the network. Hannibal, which followed the violent past of serial killer Hannibal Lecter, was always an underdog program especially paired with it's violence as well as 10pm on Friday night time slot. Creator Bryan Fuller has assured fans that other options are being pursued so lets cross out fingers that we get to see more gruesome violence.
Fire Emblem :IF has launched in Japan with an exciting new feature. Nintendo confirmed that the latest in the Fire Emblem series will give players the option to have a same sex relationship in game using their main protagonist and either a male or female partner. While the options are limited to one specific character each, this is a huge move representation wise especially after Nintendo's controversial move with last years, Tomadachi Life simulator game. For anyone that played the previous title, Fire Emblem: Awakening, you know how important as well as fun building of relationships can be and the same sex option will add an interesting dynamic. The players will be able to have a male on male relationship with the Fire Emblem: Conquest edition, while players will have to purchase Fire Emblem: Birthright edition, in order to have the female on female relationship. Nintendo also announced that there will be a third version released in the future which will include the other same sex option for each game title. All in all, this is some pretty awesome news and already makes one of the best RPG's out even more exciting!
After weeks of deliberation it looks like Marvel has finally found their Spider man. The Impossible actor has apparently beat out the original front runner, Asa Butterfield, who was a fan favorite for quite some time. While we won't see him on screen this year, Holland's first appearance as the web slinger will happen in 2016's Captain America: Civil War, although, it's yet to be known just how pivotal a role he will end up playing in the film. Spider Man will also star in another solo film in 2017, marking the third big screen franchise but hopefully being with Marvel will produce better results. Jon Watts has been tapped to direct the project as well. Are you happy with who they went? Are you ready for another Spider Man?
E3 gave us another look at the highly anticipated Metal Gear Solid 5: Phantom Pain, which is scheduled to be released September 1st, 2015. The trailer is dark and bloody and shows a bit more of our main character snake, as well as the female heroin we saw last year during GDC. Get prepared for some amazing graphics and awesome villains when this game hits store shelves later this year, until then, take a look at the new nearly 6 minute trailer below! Marvel and Sony struck a distribution deal for the comic book character, Spider man, to exist within the current Marvel Universe as well as starring in a brand new feature length film but the Sony e-mails gave us a look at some of the restrictions that have been drawn for the iconic web slinger and they sure are an interesting read. Through the never ending, nightmarish, Sony hacked e-mail scandal, Gawker published a piece containing sections that spoke about the character and how he will be portrayed. For example, under the first section titled, "Mandatory Character Traits," some of the requirements such as "Does not torture," or, "Not a Homosexual (unless Marvel has portrayed that alter ego as a homosexual)," can be found. There is another subsection beneath that pusher that a bit further, stating that "He is Caucasian and heterosexual," as well. This is also interesting after the controversy caused by the most recent Spider Man star, Andrew Garfield, in 2013, when he questioned why Peter Parker could not be portrayed as possibly bi-sexual or gay and star alongside a male love interest. The only possible way that could happen is if Marvel were to publish a storyline featuring Peter Parker and a male love interest or, as the contract seems to state, an entirely alternate character all together, just not Spider Man himself. It's surprising to see how rigid and specific the lines have been drawn here but not entirely shocking.
