Now that the movies out in theaters, there's a lot that happened and a lot to look forward too. (Full spoilers ahead, avoid if you have not seen this film)

One last notice, there is going be a lot of spoilers coming so please, skip the read until after you've seen The Amazing Spider Man 2.

If you've seen the movie or read the comics, you know by now that Emma Stone's Gwen Stacy does not make it out of this film alive. Sadly, her character perils at the hands of the villainous Green Goblin played by Dane Dehaan in the film. While there have been rumors swirling for awhile about who would play peters iconic love interest, Mary Jane Watson, Shailene Woodley, who recently starred as Beatrice Prior in Divergent, had shot scenes only to have them left on the cutting room floor as to preserve continuity of the second film and Gwen and Peters relationship, a decision I believe was the right one. As of recent reports, Woodley is questioning if she will have any involvement in the Spider-Man franchise as she is currently set for two more Divergent films. While we're, at the very least, two years away from the next spider man film, there will be quite some time in between for more rumors and speculations as to whom will portray the next lead actress.

Dane Dehaan's portrayal of the Green Goblin was both psychotic and polarizing.  He was ruthless and rude and his goblin felt, and looked, more maniacal than his predecessors. While Harry Osbourne had much more to do with the movie than his evil persona, we see at the end that it's certainly not the end of the road for Harry and he's not done pulling the strings yet.

Our first indication that the sinister six is going to be in full effect (aside from a few Easter eggs throughout the film) really comes at the end, where Paul Giammati's character Aleksei Sytsevich, receives a jail break and modified rhino suit courtesy of Oscorp. As it is revealed in the movie and seen, Oscorp had been creating specially modified suit and organisms to be used as weapons and Harry Osbourne plans on getting on taking advantage of a missing Spider Man by unleashing these super suits onto innocent civilians. He is also getting help from a character who featured a small cameo at the end of the first Amazing Spider-Man film known simply as, the Man in the Shadows. Although, you do get to know a little more about him in the sequel, he's identity and motives are still mostly secretive. While there has been a lot of speculation about the sinister six line up, director Marc Webb has spoken publicly about the Sinister Six and a Venom film arriving before the 4th, and most likely, final film in the Amazing Spider Man series. So only time will tell, will we be seeing a return of Electro and Kurt Connors from the first film who played Lizard? We have already seen the suits for The Hawk as well as Doctor Octopus which gives a strong indication that those characters will play a role. All in all, there's a lot to look forward too and it seems like we're going to be seeing a lot more of the web-slinger.

I think I heard Harry call him Mr. Fierce or something like that. But I could not really find much of anything about him online yet. And yeah you definitely get to see Voltures wings and Doc Ocks arms. And they look awesome.
