Capcom's Dead Rising series is set to get it's own film adaptation! While there hasn't been an announcement of a director at this time, screen writer and film producer Tim Carter and Lorenzo di Bonaventura, who worked on the Transformers film series as well as Constantine and Salt, will serve as the executive producer under the company that produced Mortal Kombat: Legacy, on video content site Crackle. Dead Risings off beat humor and nonsensical violence make it a great choice for a film treatment and it's certainly one of the best and most hilarious games about zombies.
