After a week of speculation it turned out that the rumored Nintendo Direct was real after all. In their first broadcast of 2018, Nintendo gave us a "Nintendo Direct Mini," which was essentially a short presentation that just blew through a number of surprising announcements, from new titles to a Dark Souls port for the Switch.
